1. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii are EXEMPT.
    a. Those that are exempt must be processed through the selling dealer
    b. International requests must be processed through the selling dealer.

2. As long as the plates are not damaged, and the main cables are not damaged, the cost to repair and return shipping will be $85.00.

3. If the plates have been destroyed beyond repair, replacement will cost $220.00. Make sure the following is attached with the plates or your order for replacement:
    a. Full mailing return address; NO P.O. BOX
    b. Make sure there is a return area code and phone number. Items will be shipped via Federal Express with Signature Required.
    c. Make sure payment is in the form of a U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDER in the amount of the repair; $85.00, or replacement; $220.00. (NO CHECKS)

4. All payments must be sent via US POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY;
PAYABLE TO: RON ROCKWELL
    a. Make sure the money order in payable to Ron Rockwell or the order will not be processed.

5. Allow 2 weeks for repair and return once the repair order has been received.
   Plates Repair - $85.00
   Plates Replacement - $220.00
